My name is Sue Cartwright and I specialise in delivering innovative performance solutions to business owners through mentoring and project management consultancy, staff survey facilitation and on-going business research.
I have over 20 years experience in the research and development of motivational best practice, people management, business leadership, organisational culture and quality standards. My key focus is to promote the well-being and self development of individuals within large organisations and to help business owners and those just starting out in business to achieve their goals.
My consultancy company Unisey Limited provides hands on support for small business owners to implement policy and procedure as a means to streamlining their operations, motivating team players and transforming productivity and performance. The Unisey approach demonstrates how profits can be increased by incorporating quality principles into regular working practice.
I was invited to become a Prince’s Trust mentor in 2007 and since then have been working closely with two clients who are starting out in business. I thoroughly enjoy this work, especially as both my clients are making excellent progress having had no previous experience. It is a delight to see them take on the challenge with such commitment and enthusiasm and I am very proud of their achievements so far. I believe that with my support they will continue to go from strength to strength which is most rewarding.
