Win a Mey Selections tweed scarf to keep you warm this autumn

As the autumnal weather moves in, before long it will be time to start unpacking last year's hats and gloves. Enter this week's competition and you could win a smart new Mey Selections tweed scarf to help keep the wintry chill at bay!

Johnstons of Elgin, a family owned company, has been weaving finest Scottish cashmere and woollen tweed at its mill in Elgin since 1797. The wool that is used comes mainly from the fleece of the Cheviot sheep grazing in the North Highlands.

In lovat green and blue-grey hues, the "Field" and "House" tweeds perfectly reflect the ambience of the Castle of Mey and its wonderful coastal location, with hints of the pink "Albertine Rose", grown in the Castle's gardens, a favourite of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother. From these tweeds a range of hand crafted products has been exclusively developed for Mey Selections.

To enter the competition, simply answer the following question: the wool that Johnstons of Elgin uses comes mainly from the fleece of which sheep?

Email your answer to princes.charities@royal.gsx.gov.uk with your name, address and telephone number. Entries are now open and will close on Monday 21st September at 10am (GMT)- *THIS COMPETITION HAS NOW CLOSED*. You must register on the site to enter.

For details of two more weekly competitions throughout September remember to return to The Prince's Charities Community Blog from Monday each week. A link to the competition will also be posted to our Twitter feed @powcharities.
